2015 Egg Boiling Day - Saturday August 8, 2015

Have you ever wondered where these wonderful eggs begin each year.  Well the Altar Guild of Emmanual have, for more than 85 years, started each year in the same way, boiling, boiling and yes more boiling!

Saturday, August 8th kicks of the 2016 Easter Egg Project.  The group will boil more than 1600, yes that's right 1600, eggs.  Can you lend a hand? Grab your large spoons and join the Altar Guild members at 8:00am. 

This labor of love is a great time to get to know our Altar Guild members and to support this wonderful project which brings smiles to the entire Champaign-Urbana community every Easter season!
